What the Service Call Includes
When you schedule a service call with us, you are booking a dedicated time slot for a licensed professional to:
Travel to Your Location: The fee covers the time and cost for a fully-stocked service vehicle and a qualified technician to arrive at your property.
Perform a Diagnostic Assessment: Our technician will thoroughly inspect the plumbing issue (e.g., leak, clog, water heater problem) to identify the root cause.
Provide an Upfront Quote: You will receive a detailed, written quote for the total cost of the necessary repair before any work begins. This quote will be based on a flat-rate price, so you know the full cost regardless of how long the repair takes.
On-Site Repair (If Approved): Our vans are well-stocked, allowing us to perform most common repairs immediately upon your approval of the quote.
If you choose to move forward with the repair recommended by our technician, the initial Service Call Fee will be credited toward your total invoice.
If you decide not to proceed with the repair after receiving the quote, the Service Call Fee is kept as compensation for the diagnostic time and trip.
